Job Description

The Accounting & Administrative Assistant will provide prompt, accurate, and reliable accounting support to ensure the team meets client deliverables and deadlines. This hands-on position will allow the successful candidate to gain experience and insight into the operations of businesses in a wide variety of industries. The responsibilities will include accounting transaction postings, bank reconciliations, sub-leger reconciliations, financial statements preparations, cash flow projections, payroll preparation, tax returns preparations & filings, Companies Office returns preparations & filings, and other related tasks.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to consistently maintain personal and professional ethics & integrity, with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software such as Quickbooks. The candidate should also possess strategic thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills, and the ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively with initiative and drive under tight deadlines.
