Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, promoting products, and attracting new customers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a customer service position, excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required, and experience in the promotional products or signage industry is an asset.

The successful candidate will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products to clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
