Job Description
The Farm Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the farm, including the care and maintenance of a herd of pigs, goats, and cows, as well as dairy and poultry operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in farm management, animal husbandry, and dairy/poultry operations, and will be able to ensure the efficient and effective running of the farm.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the health and well-being of the animals
- Overseeing the dairy and poultry operations
- Coordinating the maintenance and repair of farm equipment and facilities
- Managing the farm budget and finances
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
