Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Mechanic to join our team at a car rental company in Kingston, Jamaica. As a Junior Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of vehicles. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to receive paid training and certification through HEART or a similar mechanic certification program. A driver’s license and 6+ months of experience are a plus, but not required. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for mechanics, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Diagnosing and repairing problems with vehicles
  • Collaborating with other mechanics and technicians to complete complex repairs
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
