Job Description

An Administrative Assistant is needed to provide temporary support to a block making and equipment rental company in Clarendon, Jamaica. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. They will also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave, and the successful candidate will be expected to commit to the duration of the leave.
