Job Description

SpeedzMaster Shipping & Courier is seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to fill various roles in our team. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our services. The Billing Clerk will be responsible for managing and processing payments, while the Processor will be responsible for coordinating and tracking shipments. Our Drivers will be responsible for safely transporting packages to our clients. The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with information and resolving any issues they may have.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field, strong communication and organizational skills, and a customer-focused and detailed-oriented approach to their work.
