Job Description

The Front Desk Clerk / Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing administrative support to the team. Prior experience in a customs broker firm is required.

The successful candidate will be computer literate, with the ability to use Microsoft Office and other software applications. They will also be detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
