Bailiff

We are seeking experienced Bailiffs to join our team in Kingston, Jamaica. As a Bailiff, you will be responsible for serving legal documents, handling evictions, and repossessing properties. You must be assertive, have excellent communication skills, and be able to handle confrontational situations. A current Bailiff License is required for this position.

Responsibilities will include:

• Serving legal documents such as summonses, subpoenas, and warrants
• Handling evictions and repossessing properties
• Conducting investigations and gathering evidence
• Testifying in court as needed
