Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting debts from clients via telephone. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be proficient in English. The candidate will be required to communicate with clients, negotiate payment plans, and resolve any issues that may arise. The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to meet targets and deadlines.
