Job Description
The Phone Technician will be responsible for repairing and troubleshooting mobile devices, including screen and battery replacements, and general troubleshooting for both Android and iPhone devices.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in phone repairs, be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and fixing common issues like charging problems, power failures, and software faults
- Keeping accurate repair records
- Maintaining a clean work area
