Job Description

The Maintenance Personnel will be responsible for performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks, including repairing broken locks and damage to walls. They will also maintain the grounds, including gardening and yard upkeep, trimming, edging, and mowing the lawn. Additionally, they will collect trash and perform necessary cleaning activities such as power washing and trash removal.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and a clean police record.
