Job Description

The Caretaker will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of the facility. This will include performing routine maintenance duties, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order, and addressing any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility
  • Performing routine maintenance duties, such as checking and replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and addressing other minor issues
  • Ensuring that all equipment is in good working order and reporting any issues to management
  • Providing a safe and secure environment for users of the facility
