Job Description
As a Debt Relief Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients manage and resolve their debt issues. Your primary goal will be to negotiate with creditors to reduce debt amounts and create personalized payment plans for clients. You will work with clients to understand their financial situations, provide guidance and support, and ensure that they receive the best possible outcomes. This is a work-from-home position, and you will be required to have excellent communication skills, American English proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
