Job Description

The Pastry Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality pastries and cakes in a fast-paced environment. This includes supervising a team of pastry chefs, managing inventory, and ensuring that all products meet the company's quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry production, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key responsibilities will include:
