Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager and Business Development Representative Assistant to join our team at Source Foods in Portmore, Jamaica.

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring efficiency and productivity. You will also be responsible for managing a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources they need to succeed.

As a Business Development Representative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the business development team in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing sales strategies.

Both roles require strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
