Job Description

We are seeking a certified Chef and a Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Kingston, Jamaica. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will assist the Chef with food preparation, cleaning, and other kitchen duties. Both positions require excellent teamwork and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard
  • Managing kitchen staff and delegating tasks
  • Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
