Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our service stations in Kingston, St. Catherine, and St. Ann. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers, handling transactions, and responding to customer inquiries. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience at our service stations.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints
  • Handling transactions, operating a cash register, and managing cash handling
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including the service station and surrounding areas
  • Working effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues, and contributing to a positive work culture
