The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients at our service station in Falmouth, Trelawny. This will include handling customer transactions, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have basic computer skills. Previous experience in customer service is an asset, but not required.
Responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer transactions, including processing payments and operating a point-of-sale system
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
