Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and families in the Radiology Department of a private hospital.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients and families, answering questions and providing information about services and procedures
  • Handling patient concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Coordinating appointments and scheduling
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have basic computer skills.
