A medical receptionist is responsible for providing administrative support to a healthcare team. This includes answering phone calls, responding to patient inquiries, and managing patient records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and able to maintain confidentiality. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and have strong problem-solving skills.
The medical receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients, and will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. They will also be responsible for managing the front desk, including scheduling appointments and handling patient payments.
