Job Description

A Practical Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Doctor. This includes taking vital signs, administering medications, and performing various medical procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team, and have a strong commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing patients' conditions and reporting any changes to the supervising nurse or doctor
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Providing wound care and dressing changes
  • Assisting with patient education and discharge planning
