Job Description

A small hotel in the Corporate Area of Kingston, Jamaica is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Receptionist and Housekeeper to join their team. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting guests, handling room reservations, and providing excellent customer service. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hotel's rooms and common areas. The ideal candidate will be able to work on shifts, including evenings and weekends, and will have a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
