Job Description
The IT SUPPORT Technician will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in IT support, with extensive knowledge of CSV, Excel Sheets, SQL and Excel Data Management.
Key responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, configuring and maintaining computer systems, networks, and software applications, and providing training and support to end-users.
