$140,000 - $180,000 monthly depending on experience

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Kingston, Jamaica. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and understanding customer damages, accurately pricing service assessments, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process.

You will collaborate closely with our technical staff to ensure timely completion of work and accurate billing. This position requires a fast learner with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and understanding customer damages, providing accurate pricing for service assessments.
  • Greeting customers warmly and ensuring they receive excellent service throughout their interaction.
  • Collaborating with technical staff to prioritize and complete customer work in a timely manner.
  • Verifying and ensuring customers are billed accurately according to service assessments.
  • Coordinating with other floor staff to maintain efficient customer service operations.
  • Maintaining a high level of technical knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Handling customer issues with diplomacy and professionalism, ensuring resolution.
