Job Description

The Receptionist/ Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to manage the reception area, handle inquiries, and support the Jamaican Bar Association's operations.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Managing the reception area, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Handling client inquiries and providing information about the association's services
  • Supporting the operations of the Jamaican Bar Association, including administrative tasks and data entry
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
