Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly receptionist to join our law firm in Montego Bay. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting clients, and performing administrative tasks. We are also seeking live-in and out helpers, nannies, and day workers to work in Kingston and Montego Bay. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be able to work in a team, and have basic computer skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and respond to messages
  • Greet clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
