Job Description

The successful candidate will assist the Shift Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a bakery in Ocho Rios. Responsibilities will include supervising staff, managing production, and ensuring high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of work experience in a factory or similar environment, with at least 2 years at the management level. A high level of integrity and strong leadership skills are essential for this role.
