Sound knowledge of standard office procedures and practices, records and file management systems and techniques, excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills, ability to demonstrate flexibility, work on own initiative and under pressure
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This will involve managing records and files, handling correspondence, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of standard office procedures and practices, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
- Managing records and files, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Providing administrative support to the team, including handling correspondence and answering phone calls
- Developing and implementing effective filing systems, both physical and digital
- Coordinating meetings and appointments, and making travel arrangements as necessary
- Performing other administrative tasks as required
The successful candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, demonstrate flexibility, and work well under pressure. They will also have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to provide excellent customer service.
