Job Description

Blue Power Group is seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join their growing team in a progressive, Jamaican manufacturing company. The available positions include Factory Workers, Maintenance Technicians, and Utility Workers. As a successful candidate, you will be required to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, lifting up to 25kg, and demonstrating a strong work ethic and reliability. You should be a team player with a positive attitude and be prepared to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Performing tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
  • Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
  • Participating in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
