Job Description

The Production Technician will be responsible for managing production shifts in a 24-hour factory located in Kingston. The job includes troubleshooting machines, problem-solving, and producing high-quality products. The ideal candidate will be solutions-oriented and have good people skills. The technician will work closely with other team members to ensure efficient production and maintain high-quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar environment and will be a HEART graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. The candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
