Job Description

The Sales Admin will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team at Hi5 Photos Limited. This will include managing sales data, generating reports, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be charismatic, a fast learner, and able to write beautifully. They will also be required to speak English fluently and be able to start work immediately. A Driver's Licence is an asset, but not required.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing sales data and generating reports
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records and files
