Sales Clerk

Experience in sales, knowledge of IT hardware and software applications, interest in printing and graphics

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Clerk to join our team. As a Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. Your interest in printing and graphics will be an asset in this role, as you will be working closely with our design and production teams. You will also be required to have experience and knowledge of IT hardware and software applications, as you will be using our computer systems to process sales and manage customer information.

Responsibilities will include:

Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer inquiries
Processing sales transactions and handling customer payments
Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and making recommendations to customers
Working closely with the design and production teams to ensure seamless delivery of products
Using IT hardware and software applications to process sales and manage customer information
