Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team remotely. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including attending virtual meetings, taking notes, and drafting meeting minutes. You will also be responsible for scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and sending reminders. Additionally, you will assist with preparing meeting agendas and documents, and take on independent meeting facilitation after training and onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. You will be comfortable using virtual platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and scheduling tools, and be able to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Prior administrative or coordination experience is preferred, but not required.
