Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the security and maintenance of the community areas on property. Duties will include cleaning, performing simple repairs and maintenance tasks, and performing security checks for the property. The ideal candidate will be energetic, responsible, and able to work independently. As a live-in Care Taker/Cleaner, you will be required to live on property and be available to respond to any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and maintaining community areas
  • Performing simple repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Performing security checks for the property
  • Responding to any issues that may arise
