Job Description

The Property Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a small short-term apartment complex in the Ocho Rios area. This includes managing the Strata Plan, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of the complex. The ideal candidate will be a mature, proactive, and organized individual with excellent multi-tasking skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team to provide exceptional service to owners and guests.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the Strata Plan and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Overseeing administrative tasks such as accounting, record-keeping, and correspondence
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs to the complex
  • Providing exceptional customer service to owners and guests
