Maintain security and safety of the residential complex, monitor premises, respond to emergencies, and perform other duties as required

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the security and safety of a residential complex in Kingston. This will include monitoring the premises, responding to emergencies, and performing other duties as required. The ideal candidate will have a police record and reference, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities will include:

Monitoring the premises to prevent and detect crime
Responding to emergencies such as fires, break-ins, and medical emergencies
Providing assistance to residents as needed
Maintaining a log of incidents and activities
