Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the security and safety of a residential complex in Kingston. This will include monitoring the premises, responding to emergencies, and performing other duties as required. The ideal candidate will have a police record and reference, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring the premises to prevent and detect crime
  • Responding to emergencies such as fires, break-ins, and medical emergencies
  • Providing assistance to residents as needed
  • Maintaining a log of incidents and activities
