Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients of the alternative energy store. This will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and promoting sales of alternative energy products. The ideal candidate will have an interest in electronics and sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Promoting sales of alternative energy products
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers
