Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant and a Collection Representative to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. As a Collection Representative, you will be responsible for collecting payments from customers, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Training will be provided for both roles.

Responsibilities for Sales Assistant:

Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
Process sales transactions and maintain a high level of product knowledge
Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Responsibilities for Collection Representative:

Collect payments from customers and resolve customer complaints
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service
Work closely with the sales team to resolve customer issues
