Job Description

The SailFish Swim Academy is seeking an experienced Competitive Swim Coach to join their team. As a Swim Coach, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs for competitive swimmers, providing technical guidance and feedback to athletes, and working with other coaches to achieve team goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience coaching youth swimmers, and excellent communication skills. You will be expected to create a positive and supportive team environment, while also driving athletes to achieve their full potential.
