Job Description

The Accounting Officer will be responsible for preparing monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, performing data entry, analysis, and reporting using QuickBooks. The successful candidate will also be required to perform accounts payable and receivable functions, reconcile daily sales, and prepare daily lodgments. Additionally, the Accounting Officer will be responsible for filing invoices, approving customer orders based on credit history, preparing audit schedules, and filing statutory and GCT returns on time. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, be computer literate, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word) & QuickBooks.
