Job Description

The Room Division Manager/Reservations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the front desk and reservations team, ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing room occupancy. The ideal candidate will have certification in customer service/hospitality and at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

The Accounting Officer will be responsible for managing the hotel's finances, including preparing financial reports and balancing accounts. The ideal candidate will have ACCA certification, proficiency in Quick-books, and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
