Job Description

The Receivables & Payables Clerk will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. This will involve processing invoices, payments, and receipts, as well as reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

Processing and verifying invoices and payments
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
Reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports
Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

The successful candidate will have at least 5 CXCs, including English, Mathematics, and Accounts, and 4 years' work experience in an Accounting office/dept. or as an Accounting Clerk. A tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
