Job Description

An Accounting Clerk is responsible for maintaining and updating financial records, preparing invoices and statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and updating financial records
  • Preparing invoices and statements
  • Performing accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
  • Assisting with budgeting and financial planning
