We are seeking an experienced secretary to join our team at a garage in Kingston, Jamaica. As a secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including data entry, document preparation, and general office duties. You should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work on Saturdays is also required.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Data entry and document preparation
- Managing and maintaining office records and files
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Performing other general office duties as required
