Job Description

A law firm in Kingston, Jamaica is seeking a highly organized and skilled Legal Secretary to provide administrative support to lawyers and other staff members. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and editing legal documents, managing files, answering phone calls, and performing other tasks as required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, knowledge of legal terminology, and strong organizational and communication skills. Secretarial training or certification is an asset.
