Job Description

We are seeking an experienced secretary to join our team at a garage in Kingston, Jamaica. As a secretary, you will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, managing data, and providing support to our team. You must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also be able to work on Saturdays.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining records and databases
  • Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and other communications
