As a Work From Home Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat.
You will work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to choose your own hours, even if you are currently employed elsewhere.
No prior experience is needed, as training and coaching will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
You will need to have a reliable internet connection (Wifi/Data) and a cellphone to perform your duties.
A referral bonus will be awarded after your first pay cycle, and onboarding sessions will be held on Mondays in May, June, and July 2025.
