Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Food Preparation Instructor to join our team at our Skills Training Centre in Kingston. The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing students at levels two and three in food preparation techniques, meal planning, and kitchen management. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, teaching or training, and the ability to instruct students of varying skill levels.

Responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing lesson plans for food preparation classes
Instructing students in food preparation techniques, meal planning, and kitchen management
Evaluating student progress and providing feedback
Maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment
