Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our event rentals and sanitation services. As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating deliveries and pickups, leading and motivating teams, and ensuring top-quality service. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or events, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. A flexible schedule is required, including weekends and holidays if needed.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services
  • Coordinating deliveries and pickups to ensure timely and accurate execution
  • Leading and motivating teams to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
