Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Jerk Man to join our team in Spanish Town, Jamaica. As a Jerk Man, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking jerk meats to perfection. This includes seasoning and marinating meats, monitoring cooking times and temperatures, and ensuring that all dishes are presented in an appealing manner.
